KayHill’s consultants met up for their annual team building event, this years venue, the beautiful island of Anglesey, North Wales. With a number of new associates now on board, we spent some time exploring our values and asking why we stand out from the crowd. These are our thoughts……..
What makes us different?
Size is important – KayHill is a small, boutique healthcare consultancy firm. This helps us give our clients the personal touch. People make decisions informed through brief reading and talking to other people. Being a trusted source is an important part of that.
We are just like you– unlike many other consultancy firms, we all have extensive experience working within the NHS as clinician’s, managers and senior executives.
Applying wisdom and working with complexity– to complement our clinical experience we all have excellent business skills. We understand the complex health and social care system we work within and we speak the same language as the clinicians, managers and executives that work within it. Small incremental changes are often the only way to find what works, not a one size fits all plan
Flexibility – we blend consultancy and interim work to give us a flexible approach in supporting our clients through change. We will help you identify the problems and develop a strategy to tackle them. But what makes us different is that we will stay with you to turn that strategy into a reality as support our clients to operationalise this.
