Cheryl is a change & transformation specialist working across public , private and non-profit sectors. She has a proven track record in leading and managing multi million pound change programmes across people, systems and processes.

Cheryl is expert in developing and implementing robust improvement methodologies to drive growth, revenue and profitability.  Cheryl leads clients carefully and sympathetically through change, using her vast experience and flair for innovation alongside her excellent people skills to achieve lasting results.

Dr Julia Sutton-McGough

Julia has an established a record of leading and delivering strategic projects in the business sector, charity sector and NHS, Julia is motivated by delivering results and is able to ‘make things happen’ with her determination and enthusiastic approach.

Current work includes training and organisational development support for Primary Care Networks. In parallel to this Julia is a Non-Executive Director for Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.


Dr Nina James

Nina has a breadth of experience working within both private and public sectors, as well as a strong academic record. Initially trained as a Biomedical Scientist, and with a PhD in Human Genetics, she is able to combine strong analytical ability with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Nina is experienced at working with staff at all levels and also across organisations; she has worked closely and effectively with individuals and teams to develop and enhance relationships both within and external to organisations such that resources and expertise could be shared rather than duplicated.

Yvonne Rogers

Yvonne has 25 years of HR experience working within the public sector.  Operating at Director Level within a number of large organisations, she has a successful record of HR achievements, particularly in delivering complex change programmes.  Yvonne provides strategic HR leadership to change programmes, which lead to the successful delivery of challenging HR objectives.

She successfully manages the interface between professional human resource management, general management and trade unions.  Yvonne is a trained coach using coaching techniques to encourage individuals and organisations to think differently and more effectively.

Ruth James

Ruth has extensive experience of successful project delivery in the healthcare sector drawing on her experience as an executive director in a large NHS acute trust and a variety of operational and quality management roles.
