Current work includes training and organisational development support for Primary Care Networks. In parallel to this Julia is a Non-Executive Director for Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr Nina James

Nina has a breadth of experience working within both private and public sectors, as well as a strong academic record. Initially trained as a Biomedical Scientist, and with a PhD in Human Genetics, she is able to combine strong analytical ability with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Nina is experienced at working with staff at all levels and also across organisations; she has worked closely and effectively with individuals and teams to develop and enhance relationships both within and external to organisations such that resources and expertise could be shared rather than duplicated.

Operating at Director Level within a number of large organisations, she has a successful record of HR achievements, particularly in delivering complex change programmes. Yvonne provides strategic HR leadership to change programmes, which lead to the successful delivery of challenging HR objectives.
She successfully manages the interface between professional human resource management, general management and trade unions. Yvonne is a trained coach using coaching techniques to encourage individuals and organisations to think differently and more effectively.
